Orders Will Be Shipped Within 2 Business Days
Orderthepro.com strives to ship all orders within 2 business days, excluding company holidays, after an order has been received. Orders received over the weekend, or on a company holiday will be processed for shipment within 2 business days upon return. Shipments are properly insured at no additional cost to customers.
Orders placed after 12 noon eastern time will begin to be processed the following business day. Shipping costs are based on the ship method selected and zip code entered.
To ensure your order is shipped as efficiently as possible, at times we will fulfill orders from more than one location or items may not all fit in one box. in these instances, your entire order may arrive in different boxes. If your products are shipped in separate boxes, your order maybe delivered at different times. You will not be charged any additional costs. You will be emailed each tracking number shipped.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Shipping To The Contiguous United States
For shipments to the contiguous United States, when your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses. Shipping costs are based on the ship method selected.
For worldwide shipments, when your order is ready to ship, it generally takes 5-9 business days for international deliver. No weekend or holiday delivery is available.
Returns and Refunds
Items ordered from orderthepro.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
Returned items will be refunded for the purchase price including taxes. If a customer returns an item and prefers to pay the return shipping then the order will be refunded in full.
Orders shipped outside the US are also eligible for return or exchange.
Any items received with damage or defect due to transit or manufacturer defect will be replaced or refunded according to our policies.
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges. However, we will accept your original item as a return for a refund to the original method of payment, or for a store credit, to be issued via email.
Returned blankets are not available for resale except for those that are categorized as “open box” items and offered at reduced prices. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about open box blankets. These are closely inspected and found to be in like-new condition, but not sellable as new because they have left our warehouse.
